Delete your app data
This page explains how to delete the data held by the Business of Preloved Fashion app ("BOPF · Preloved Luxury" on Google Play and the App Store).
How to delete your data
- Open the app and go to the You tab.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
Your app data is deleted from our servers straight away, and cleared from your phone.
Can't open the app? Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 566 9311 with "Delete my app data" and the email you used in the app, if any. We'll delete it and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your app profile: the houses, categories, price range and sizes you follow, and your notification settings
- Your saved pieces, the pieces you viewed, and your bag
- The notifications we sent you, and your welcome code
- Your app device ID, push notification token and the email linked to your app profile
What we keep
- Orders you placed: order and invoice records are kept for 5 years, as UAE tax law requires.
- Requests you sent us separately, such as consignment enquiries, waitlist requests or holds: message us on WhatsApp and we'll remove them.
- Marketing emails or WhatsApp messages: deleting your app data doesn't unsubscribe you. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or message us on WhatsApp.
