RETURNS

BOPF accepts returns and will give full refunds on both international and local orders. Refunds to you are for the item(s) only; shipping, customs and duties will not be refunded to you. Please contact our customer service team within three days of receiving your item to notify us of your return request. Requests after the three days will not be entertained. BOPF processes returns for local orders free of charge. Cost of International returns will be borne by the buyers. 

Customers with frequent return orders will incur a restocking fee of AED70 per order. This policy helps cover administrative costs and encourages thoughtful purchases.

Once you contact BOPF, our team will coordinate the return of the item(s) back. Please note, items must be in the same exact condition it was delivered in and all original packaging must be in tack before a refund can be processed. After the return is accepted by BOPF, please allow up to five (5) business days to complete the authorization process.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

BOPF is not liable for delay in orders due to custom clearances at destination. 

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is required in order to release the order to you from customs. We are not able to advise on what the expected amount may be as the charges imposed depends on the country. If you refuse to make the payments for the shipment from BOPF, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package and the cost to return the package back to the warehouse. These charges will be deducted from the amount due to you for the item(s) purchased.
