- Brand markers: heat stamps, font spacing, logo placement, engravings, serial formats, and date codes where applicable.
- Hardware: weight, plating, engraving quality, screw types, and finish consistency.
- Consistency checks: we verify that all details match each other and match the expected standards for that specific piece.
- Transparent inclusions: if an item comes with a box, dust bag, cards, receipt, or other documentation, it is listed clearly.

Entrupy is an AI-assisted authentication solution used globally for eligible items and categories. When a piece qualifies and we run it through Entrupy, we may provide the verification result and, where available for that specific item, the certificate.
What to expect
- Clear listing language: the product page may state "Entrupy verified" or "includes Entrupy certificate" where applicable.
- Not always applicable: not every brand, material, or category can be processed via Entrupy, especially some vintage items.

Returns and authenticity concerns
For all orders we offer a 3 day return period for items received back in exact condition as shipped.
Customers with frequent return orders will incur a restocking fee of AED70 per order. This policy helps cover administrative costs and encourages thoughtful purchases..
