Final sale pieces can't be returned. Pieces marked "Final sale" can't be returned, exchanged or refunded. A reduced price or a discount code doesn't make a piece final sale. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie and pierced earrings are always final sale.
Returns within the UAE are free. We collect the piece from your address at no cost, within 3 days of confirming your return. Returns from outside the UAE are at your cost. Delivery charges are not refunded. Import duties are covered by us, so there is nothing for you to claim back.
Send the piece back as you received it, with every tag it arrived with still attached. From your third return within 90 days, a restocking fee of AED 70 is taken from the refund. Read our full returns policy.
